@alisoba From what I've read, it's pretty random. Some say it's most likes in a short time coupled with people who have lots of followers. But that pretty much eliminates those of us who don't have hundreds of them to like something all at once. Sometimes hash tags seem to grab a group of people's attention, but the rest is beyond me. Most of the popular photos are so boring, so it's not like the photo needs to be awesome. I rarely even click on that tab.
I think 'recent' would actually be more interesting. Maybe Facebook can help them figure out something. Hmmm...
@labcreature I used to go there at first but I rarely go to the popular page these days... And yes it is connected with a) lots of followers and b) lots if likes within a certain timeframe....
