How did it work?

@a1quality it's really good!

200 g ice in pitcher, 24 grams coffee on a fine-ish grind, 200 grams hot water in inverted Aeropress with stacked (paper on top of @ablebrewing Disk), 10 sec. agitation, flip at 60 and press onto ice finishing ~120 sec.

I just think the anti-toddy sentiment is hilarious. I do like Japanese iced coffee, but the quickness of the industry to dogmatize new methods is silly.

@pupilphoto I never liked the toddy and we are just excited how the coffee is tasting. Don't think it was Peter who made us change,

but it helps when someone explains it so well.
