freezing pesto for quick and easy use at a later date. super simple trick!
I do mine in an ice cube tray; although it stains so I can only use it for that. This is way smarter! :)
@dessertfortwo I learned that the hard way haha.
Make indented grid lines using chopsticks or a pencil and it'll be easier to break off sections as you need it :)
made a biggol batch today, too!
